CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to respect the time set aside for each client, missed appointments will be charged a 30% fee to cover the reserved time. All guests will be asked to hold a card on file when booking—the card will NOT be charged unless the cancellation policy is triggered. Appointments running over 5 minutes late may result in a ‘missed appointment’. Cancelling your appointment within 24 hours is considered a ‘missed appointment’. I kindly ask that you reach out to me with any scheduling concerns at least 48 hours before your appointment time. I am very understanding that unforeseen circumstances may come up. As a courtesy, the 30% missed appointment fee may be waived if you reschedule for the same week, depending on availability. Ghosting your appointment will result in a 50% no-show fee & an online booking ban. Please contact at 505-204-4844 for any questions (text or call). Cash, Card, Cash App or Apple Pay accepted.
