Cancellation Policy

10 minute grace period if you’re running behind. 10+ mins late may result in a missed appointment (No-Show) or a late fee charge. Cancelling your appointment on the day of is considered a ‘missed appointment’ (No-Show). I kindly ask that you reach out to me with any scheduling concerns at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Missed appointments (No-Show) will be charged a 25% fee & may require a deposit when booking future appointments. Ghosting your appointment will result in a 50% no-show fee & an online booking ban.
