PPD-FREE or regular, Semi-Permanent, Smudge-proof, Water-proof dye that intensifies natural eyelashes. PPD-free lash tint is a semi-permanent dye that darkens eyelashes without the use of Para-phenylenediamine (PPD), a chemical that can cause allergic reactions. Allergy patch test recommended.
